Our Décor Sourcing service enhances what your space already has, creating a cohesive, comforting, and beautifully curated feel. Rather than replacing what’s there, we thoughtfully build upon it. We source pieces that are sustainable, locally found, and aligned with your home’s existing style, supporting both community and the story your home already holds. The result is a space that feels elevated, intentional, and deeply welcoming to guests, buyers, or the people who call it home.

Schedule Your Walkthrough
This service begins with an on-site visit where we take time to understand your space, your existing furnishings, and your overall vision. The walkthrough is offered at a flat fee, which allows us to assess the scale of sourcing needed and discuss goals, preferences, and style direction.
The On-Site Assessment
We move through your home or space with care, noticing where small additions or subtle shifts can create meaningful impact. During this visit, we look at:

Layout, lighting, and flow
What should be highlighted, simplified, or complemented. Our philosophy is to use what you already have first, then add only what truly enhances harmony, warmth, and story.
Your Custom Sourcing Plan
After the walkthrough, you’ll receive a detailed sourcing proposal. This includes:
Recommended pieces or décor categories
Where and how we plan to source them (with a focus on local, sustainable finds)
Estimated costs
Projected timeline
Curating the Pieces
Once the proposal is approved, we start sourcing on your behalf. We select items that blend seamlessly with your existing space and reflect your style, values, and the feeling you want to create. Throughout the process, we stay mindful of scale, color, texture, and flow so the final look feels cohesive and uniquely yours.
Optional Continuation Into Staging
If, after sourcing, you decide you'd like support with arranging and implementing the pieces, the cost of your sourcing session will be credited toward a full occupied staging or consultation, allowing for a smooth and natural transition into execution.
