Payment Options

At Sustainable Staging Co., we believe your staging experience should feel seamless, from the first to the final walkthrough. Below, you’ll find our available payment options and policies designed to make working with us easy and transparent.
Standard Payment Schedule
Most staging and design projects are billed in two parts:
• Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project date and begin planning your staging design. Once received, we secure your materials, schedule our team, and prepare for installation.
• Final Payment:
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the final staging day (or before furniture delivery, if applicable). Payment must be received in full before installation.

Pay-at-Closing Option
We understand that preparing a home for sale comes with many upfront expenses. For qualifying listings, we offer a Deferred Payment Option, allowing you to pay for staging after your home sells or closes escrow.
How it works:
Available for approved clients with a signed listing agreement.
A small administrative fee may apply to cover deferred payment processing.
Payment is due in full at closing, or within 90 days of staging—whichever comes first.
This option is ideal for sellers who want to stage now and pay later, maximizing their home’s market potential without delaying the listing process.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
ACH bank transfer
Zelle or Venmo for Business
Checks payable to Sustainable Staging Co.
Invoices are sent digitally via email and can be paid securely online through our invoicing platform. Please see our Pricing & Process page for more details.
Additional Notes
All deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date within 30 days if rescheduling is required.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service fee.
For projects involving rental furniture or décor, extended rental periods will be billed monthly at the rate listed in your proposal.
Payment in full is required before any removal or pick-up appointments are scheduled.
