At Sustainable Staging Co., we believe a well-staged home tells a story — one that helps buyers see themselves living there. Our process is designed to make that transformation simple, intentional, and stress-free, from consultation to completion.
The Walkthrough
Every project begins with a home walkthrough — a detailed on-site (or virtual) visit where we evaluate your property’s layout, lighting, flow, and overall presentation.
During this visit, we:
Take photos and notes for design planning
Identify opportunities to enhance buyer appeal
Discuss your goals, timeline, and budget
Determine whether your project is best suited for occupied or vacant staging
The walkthrough ensures that our recommendations are tailored to your home and your market.

Your Custom Quote
Within 48 hours of your walkthrough, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining:
Scope of work and design plan
Furniture, décor, and accessory recommendations
Estimated rental period (if applicable)
Project timeline and total cost
We believe in transparency. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every proposal is customized to reflect your home’s size, style, and selling strategy.
Booking & Deposit
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a digital contract and invoice.
To secure your staging date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
This allows us to reserve inventory, plan logistics, and begin curating your home’s story.
Staging Installation
On staging day, our team transforms your space with curated furnishings, layered textures, and intentional styling designed to photograph beautifully and connect emotionally with buyers.
For occupied homes, we’ll integrate your existing furniture with select staging pieces and décor to elevate flow and balance.
For vacant homes, we’ll design each space from the ground up using our inventory of modern, sustainable furnishings.
We handle delivery, installation, and styling — so you can focus on your next move.
Photography & Marketing
Once staging is complete, your home is camera-ready. We coordinate with your photographer or agent to ensure your listing photos capture every detail in its best light.
Professional photography is encouraged within 24–48 hours of staging for maximum visual impact online.
De-Staging & Pick-Up
When your home is sold or your staging period ends, we’ll return to carefully remove all furniture and décor.
If you need to extend your rental, we’ll gladly arrange an extension at the rate listed in your proposal.
