This service is ideal for any space where appearance, comfort, and style matter, including homes being prepared for resale or rent, vacation homes, furnished apartments or condos, short-term rentals such as Airbnb or boutique guesthouses, corporate or home offices, therapy or wellness studios, retail shops, cafés, creative or art studios, pop-up showrooms, and model homes — anywhere you might want to maximize the existing furnishings while adding thoughtful, sustainable, locally sourced touches.
During this service, we assess your existing furniture and décor to determine what can be highlighted or complemented. We focus on sourcing pieces that match your home’s style and maximize what you already own. All recommendations emphasize locally-sourced, sustainable items that enrich your space while honoring its soul and character.
After the initial walkthrough, we will create a detailed project proposal outlining our plan for sourcing items that enhance your space while complementing your existing furnishings. This proposal will include recommended pieces, sourcing locations, estimated costs, and a completion timeline, all tailored to your budget and deadline. The goal is to ensure you feel confident and excited about the plan before we begin sourcing.
Once the proposal is approved, we will proceed to find and curate items on your behalf, selecting locally and sustainably sourced pieces. Throughout the process, we remain mindful of your style preferences, the character of your existing furnishings, and your overall vision, so that the final result feels cohesive, intentional, and uniquely yours.
This service will be quoted after an initial walkthrough of your space, which is charged as an upfront fee of $122. During this walkthrough, we’ll assess the size of your home or property and the amount of sourcing needed. The final fee for sourcing will be based on the hours spent researching and curating items, as well as any travel or transportation required to acquire locally sourced pieces.
If you decide to move forward with a full staging or implementation service afterward, the fee for your décor sourcing session will be credited toward your custom package, providing a smooth transition from concept to execution.
