You’ll want to take notes and photos so you can confidently implement the ideas on your own.
We evaluate your existing furnishings and décor to determine what to highlight, what may need to be rearranged or temporarily removed, and how to create a cohesive, buyer-ready presentation. Our guidance also includes thoughtful, sustainable design choices and ways to incorporate local or meaningful pieces that honor your home’s story.
At Soul + Story, we take a conscious, eco-friendly approach, focusing on maximizing your existing belongings to create a refreshed vision without requiring additional purchases. Every decision respects your home’s character while supporting sustainability and community values.
The consultation is offered at a flat fee of $344, typically lasting about two hours depending on the size of your home and its current stage of preparation. Additional time can be arranged if needed.
If you decide to move forward with a full staging service afterward, the fee for your consultation will be credited toward your custom occupied staging package, ensuring a seamless transition from guidance to execution.
